Is embalming fluid considered "liquor"? Or can I still drink that with beer?

Embalming fluid has like 10-20% alcohol in it so yes, I highly suggest you drink the entire bottle.
Just remember Lesson 2, you'll be fine.

Whatever major pharmaceuticals produce embalming fluid should take the schnapps route and start making different flavors of their product; peach embalming fluid, peppermint embalming fluid, cupcake embalming fluid.
