I've only seen a couple episodes from the first season, but I think it's pretty effing good. Normally I wouldn't care much about a drama, but the zombies make it so much more realistic. It's like yeah, we all have relationship and communication issues, but... zombies are trying to eat us so let's kill them and deal with it later.

Yeah it's pretty good, but the comics are infinitely better. You should download them instead.

i do have a comic viewing program... it's pretty nifty. But I prefer buying comics. Or getting them fo freez.

I just got the comic.....at first i wanted to buy them on amazon for kindle....but 10 bucks for an issue?
seriously? and with 15 issues i wasn't gonna fork over 150 bucks.....so i gots thems for freez
But I noticed in the show they expanded more in the first season then in the first issue. Plus in the comics , Rick seems to be such a goofball at times

That's funny, because I'm seeing it the other way around. But that's prtobably because I'm much farther into the comic, and Rick's has been completely badassified.
The show takes a different path though. It introduced some new characters (Darryl <3) and excluded some that were in the comic, also kept people alive a lot longer. And it's skipping and adding stuff. I hope next season's storyline ends exactly as it did in the comic though, but I somewhat doubt it.
Be prepared for the infamous issue #48.
