I think it comes from having to answer thousands of the same questions about server hosting and doing tech support over the years, you just get used to the way that people act and speak about everything.

Once you have gotten used to that you just simply go about your day and keep it cool I guess.

I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing.

Just in the end it works out.

For the first while of doing tech support in the past we literally had an internal board for the company that we posted our phone calls to and what we truly thought about saying but were never able to do so.

I have had some really bad customers in the past and it just make you wonder how some people even manage to get their feet on the ground when getting out of bed.
