I don't know what Gefeliciteerd means, but I saw many people say it on your facebook. I assume it means "happy birthday".

I was gonna post it, but didn't in case it means "Die on your birthday you stupid *" or something... Though for FF that might be moar appropriate, if he even has any concept of "appropriate"
